And further, this would transform us to be one of Sri Lanka’s most economically impactful entities that directly and indirectly contribute to the country’s socio-economic progress.

a.) 03-year plan. Make the brand UNIVERSAL known to everyone in the country through our availability and visibility in each and every corner of the country. The company’s own showroom network would operate with 100 showrooms island-wide while setting up 1,000 dealer outlets to ensure 100% coverage of the market. Furthermore, all the efforts have been taken to assure fast and efficient customer service that guarantees 100% customer satisfaction. The Telemarketing team would let people experience the fastest service channel in the country. Through the island-wide coverage, we would make arrangements to deliver the order to the doorsteps of our customers or to any location they nominate for the delivery within a few minutes. The R & D division has been entrusted with special projects and would play a vital role in the 3-year plan. Considering the market information gathered and the development of the technology, the division would create solutions and concepts that would make living more comfortable.
b.) 05-year plan. Make the brand UNIVERSAL the most preferred and the inspired brand in the country for Smart Living Solutions. And our involvement in the tourism industry would generate foreign exchange to the country while generating approximately 500 employment opportunities.
c.) 10-year plan. Make the brand UNIVERSAL, a globally trusted brand and one of the most impactful business conglomerates in the country’s socio-economic development. In line with our long term goals and strategies, we are confident that our contribution to the development of the country, in different sectors of the economy such as Industrial Horticultural and Exports of processed and value-added Agricultural products (UNIVERSAL Agri-Business & UNIVERSAL Exports) Manufacturing (UNIVERSAL Industries), Tourism (UNIVERSAL Leisure), Property Development, Real estate, and interior designing solutions (UNIVERSAL Properties & UNIVERSAL Interior) would uplift the economic growth rate of the country and living standard of the people.
